The room I stayed in had an impressive size, which allowed for comfortable movement. It offered a unique balcony that added a nice touch to my stay, providing a bit of outdoor space to enjoy the city buzz.
There were several notable issues. While the room was spacious, the storage space was limited. a minibar in the wardrobe could overheat, raising safety concerns. Noise from the nearby streets can be disruptive at night, so if you're looking for peace, you might want to consider that. The breakfast choices were just limited enough to make one wonder if it truly met a four-star standard. Plus, you can't escape the irritation of being charged for extra bedding or drinks, making it feel a bit stingy. The hotel needs to tighten up on staff training as well, since requests sometimes took longer than expected to be addressed. not all rooms seem to have the same level of comfort or convenience, which is frustrating when expectations are set high. I rate it a 6.0 for my stay, held on 2023-10-01.

Excellent homemade breakfast with a variety of choices and fresh energy bars to fuel the day. Very comfortable King Room with a luxurious spa bath, providing a refreshing retreat after exploring nearby attractions. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, going as far as preparing a breakfast box for an early check-out. street noise can disrupt sleep, and limited storage space in the room was a drawback.
